  • Your order has not been delivered, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

Refunds & Replacements
Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your Niha arrives scratched or damaged, you may be eligible for a free replacement. You must submit a photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your Niha does not adhere properly to a case or phone, you may qualify for a replacement, but not a refund.

Activation Issues

  • If you’re unable to activate your Niha on a compatible device, our support team is happy to assist you. Most issues can be resolved with simple troubleshooting.
  • If activation issues persist after troubleshooting, you may qualify for a replacement.
  • If you’ve activated your replaced Niha  and continue to experience issues, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • If your refund is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • The refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and offer warranty coverage for damaged or adhesive-related issues:
First 30 Days (From Delivery Date)
✅ Free replacement if your Niha is damaged or loses its adhesive.
31–60 Days

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  • Reach out to your bank, as some refunds take additional time to post.

Additional Policies

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
  • Shipping: We do not accept returns, no shipping is required for refund processing.
